It is a natural anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and helps to reduce stress. We paired Mugwort with Lapis Lazuli for its ability to sharpen the mind and bring awareness to the Third Eye Chakra.

Add 1-2 drops to your diffuser or apply 1 drop topically with a carrier oil. Mugwort should be highly diluted when applied or used in the diffuser. Mugwort should never be used if pregnant or lactating. Diffuse in your sacred space, use in your mindful meditation practice, or in an energy healing session.
