The Summer Solstice, June 21, marks the longest day of the year and is a time of abundance, growth, and renewal. It is a powerful reminder that we are also a part of this rhythm. It's easy to lose touch with the natural flow. We override or doubt our intuition, rush through the seasons, and disconnect from those natural, ancestral rhythms that gently guide us back to ourselves. The Summer Solstice invites us to return and reconnect with Mother Earth and the cycles of nature.

Reflection Questions
Where in my life do I feel the most in sync and where do I feel out of rhythm?
What does my body need more of right now: rest, movement, stillness, or expression?
When was the last time I felt fully present in nature?
What am I currently growing or nurturing in my life?
How can I create more space to slow down and notice?
You may be in a season of expansion, abundance, and creativity. Or you may be experiencing stillness, and craving rest. Both are valid and natural expressions of how you are responding to your own natural rhythms. Reconnection honors where you are, not where you think you should be. Spending time outdoors can help support your body, mind, and spirit and bring you back into alignment. Here are some other suggestions for anchoring into the Summer Solstice.

Crystals: Our favorite crystals for tuning into the energy of the Summer Solstice are Moss Agate, Strawberry Quartz, Citrine, Sunstone, Gobi Eye Desert Agate, and Golden Healer.
Reconnecting is a return to your body, your breath, and your natural rhythms. When you take the time to reconnect with nature and Mother Earth, you will find your way back to yourself!

Cancer is the fourth sign of the zodiac and carries the energy of the empath, nurturer, and imaginative. It is represented by the Crab, a symbol of protection and its deep connection to home and emotional security. Cancer is ruled by the Moon and the element of Water. People born between June 21-July 22 are known for their protective nature of their loved ones, holding space for others, and building meaningful, lasting connections. They thrive in careers as healthcare and mental health providers, educators, creative fields such as music or arts, community support roles, and hospitality.
At the heart of the Cancer's personality is their deep desire to nurture, protect, and emotionally support their family, friends, and community. Beneath their protective shell is a compassionate intuitive that values genuine connections and emotional security above all else. When Cancers are out of balance, they become moody, overwhelmed, develop issues with boundaries, and withdraw emotionally. At their most aligned, they are expressive and creative while maintaining healthy emotional boundaries and protect their energy and inner peace.

Dates June 21-July 22 || Symbol: the Crab || Element: Water || Planet: Moon
Crystals that Cancer can work with to encourage their natural abilities and support balance are Rainbow Moonstone, Opalite, Green Fluorite, and Aquamarine. Cancers can work with these crystals to reduce emotional overwhelm and stay balanced.

Cancers hold the gifts of compassion, loyalty, and protector. They teach us to slow down, feel deeply, and nurture ourselves and those we love. By honoring both their emotional sensitivity and boundaries, they remind us that compassion and intuition are gifts that can guide us toward greater connection and understanding.

Angel numbers are repeating number patterns that carry spiritual guidance, energetic messages, and divine support. They often appear during pivotal moments in life on things such as clocks, receipts, phone numbers, license plates, in dreams, or repeated verbally to you.
We can work with these numbers to deepen the connection to their messages or to enhance our intentions. The numbers can be written on paper and placed under a mattress, incorporated into crystal grids, traced in the air or on a specific chakra with a finger (before meditation, or when in need of support), repeated aloud like a mantra, placed on an altar, cord cutting, as a phone wallpaper, or used in journaling.
We paired these angel numbers and their unique frequencies with the archangels and crystals that complement, support, and amplify their energetic vibration.

This number is associated with spiritual awakening, developing intuition, and embracing your authentic voice. It appears during accelerated growth, manifestation, or during periods of expanded consciousness.

This number is strongly connected to love, balance, emotional connection, and our Heart Chakra. It encourages patience, trust, compassion, and emotional openness.

This number reminds us that we are not alone and can appear when we are experiencing a loss, emotional overwhelm, or when spiritual reassurance is needed. It brings us comfort and encouragement.

This number is deeply protective and associated with our ancestors, spirit guides, and divine beings that surround you with support. It appears when healing ancestral patterns or strengthening ancestral connections.

This number appears during periods of life shifts, awakenings, career changes, travel opportunities, endings, and personal reinvention. It reminds you that transformation creates space for deeper alignment.

This number encourages balance between the spiritual and physical aspects of life. It often appears when your thoughts, worries, or focus have become out of alignment and serves as a gentle reminder to return to center.

This number appears when you are being encouraged to trust your intuition and reconnect with your inner wisdom and knowing instead of fear. It offers support during periods of uncertainty and encourages trust and faith.

This number represents energetic flow, infinity, opportunities, and alignment with material and spiritual abundance. It encourages you to release scarcity thinking and may appear when you are beginning to manifest tangible results.

This number represents endings, emotional release, and closure. It appears when old wounds or emotional patterns are ready to be acknowledged and released.
The next time you notice a repeating number, pause for a moment and reflect on what is happening in your life. Angel numbers often appear when we need encouragement, reassurance, clarity, or a gentle reminder to trust ourselves and the path unfolding before us.
Whether you choose to work with crystals, connect with the archangels, journal, meditate, or simply sit with the message, these numbers can serve as meaningful signs along your journey. The more attention you give to these synchronicities, the more you may begin to recognize the guidance, support, and wisdom that surrounds you each day.
Above all, trust your intuition. While each angel number carries common themes and energies, your personal connection and interpretation are equally important. The messages meant for you will often resonate deeply within your heart, mind, and spirit.
Have you been seeing a particular angel number lately? Notice what themes are emerging in your life and allow its message to guide and support you.

Amazonite carries a gentle, steady energy and invites balance between the Heart and Throat Chakras. It encourages us to stand in our power and speak from a place of authenticity. Often called the crystal of truth and communication, it supports emotional harmony while releasing fear and inner conflict. Its calming vibration makes it an excellent choice for those who are empaths or anyone navigating emotionally charged environments.

Some people prefer working with raw crystals rather than polished. Raw crystals carry a more grounding vibration that helps you to connect deeply to the heart of the crystal. Raw Amazonite can offer profound emotional release, steadiness, and anchor in these energies.

Amazonite works primarily with the Heart Chakra and the Throat Chakra. It opens the heart space allowing for greater compassion, emotional balance, and self-acceptance. Working with Amazonite will also help release grief or loss, emotional tension, and create space for forgiveness. For those who struggle with fear of confrontation or people-pleasing, Amazonite will support authentic communication and alignment of the Throat Chakra. It encourages you to speak your truth with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
Amazonite teaches us that living in our truth doesn't require force but gentle alignment. When our heart space is open and we feel supported, authenticity flows naturally. Amazonite guides us back to balance and inner harmony.

Each number carries its own unique vibration and wisdom. Number 6 is the number of compassion, balance, and heartfelt connection. It is deeply tied to love, family, service, beauty, and emotional harmony. Its energy reminds us that caring for other can be a sacred act but only when it is balanced with caring for ourselves as well. Number 6 is deeply connected to divine feminine energy and encourages us to lead with Love, protect what matters most, and to bring beauty into everyday life.

How to Work With Number 6
The vibration of 6 appears when we are being guided to notice opportunities for self-compassion, realignment of our Heart Chakra, and need to restore harmony in your life. When it appears repeatedly (time, dates, numbers on receipts, dreams, etc) it is signaling that we need to reconnect with our heart space and nurture something meaningful in your life. When you work with this number in intention setting, planning, or by noticing its patterns in your life, its frequency encourages us to soften, open our hearts, and move through life with greater care and intentionality.

Heart Chakra: The number 6 strongly aligns with this chakra and when this number shows up, it is a reminder to lead with compassion and Love.
Crystals: Crystals that vibrate with the frequency of the number 6 and Heart Chakra are Rainbow Moonstone, Prehnite, Hemimorphite, Rose Quartz, and Pink Opal.
Self Care Rituals: Establishing a routine of regular self-care creates a foundation for emotional balance and overall well-being. This can be as simple as journaling, mindful movement, or moments of rest woven throughout the day in a way that feel supportive.
Divine Feminine: The heart-centered energy aligns with the Divine Feminine, inviting you to soften, receive, and lead with compassion. You can work with this energy through New Moon rituals, intuitive journaling, or creating sacred space (such as an altar) to honor and reflect.
Acts of Service: In numerology, the number 6 is associated with nurturing, responsibility, and caring for others. Volunteering, offering support to a loved one, or performing simple acts of kindness can help you align with the compassionate and heart-centered energy of this number.
Crystal Grids Write the Number 6 on a piece of paper and place under the center point of a crystal grid to create the foundation for your intentions. Form the grid in the form of a hexagon, hexagram, or use a Flower of Life template to elevate the frequency.
The sacred number 6 reminds us that healing begins with compassion toward ourselves, others, and the world around us. When we embrace the vibration of this number, we cultivate beauty, bring balance in our lives, and develop meaningful connections while honoring our own needs!

The month of June arrives carrying the energy of growth, expansion, and deeper spiritual awareness. As we move toward the power of the Summer Solstice, Mother Earth comes alive, including nudges from the elemental realms. When we work together with the unseen realms, we reclaim parts of us that have been forgotten or locked away, including ancient teachings. The gifts of the Fae realm and others, such as gnomes, trolls, pixies, dryads, and so many more, invite us to deepen our connection to our humanity by guiding us back to wonder, curiosity, joy, and a more harmonious relationship with the natural world. We pulled a card from Karen Kay's Oracle of the Fairies card deck for inspiration and clarification on what lies ahead this month.

Wisdom
Have you ever been told that you're wise beyond your years? Now is the time to call upon your inner fairy to help you with a challenge.
"This wise fairy is accompanied by a white owl, owls being a symbol of wisdom. She tells you it's time for you to trust your own knowing and reminds you that wisdom doesn't only come with age-wisdom is the ability to see the bigger picture. So fly silently like the owl, and hear and see everything before coming to a decision based on this wisdom...We all have access to inner wisdom, and pulling this card shows it's time for you to trust this fully. Allow your intuition to speak through the filter of wisdom but always remember that others have a choice and free will."
The Fae realm reminds us that wisdom is not always learned through logic or experience alone. Sometimes it is ancient, intuitive, and deeply sacred. This is an opportunity to listen closely to our inner knowing and reconnect with the subtle guidance through nature, elemental realms, dreams, and synchronicities. You may find yourself receiving messages through repeated signs and symbols, animal encounters, vivid dreams, and through moments of deep stillness in nature.

As you ponder this card, reflect on the following questions:
"What intuitive hits or guidance have I been overlooking or doubting lately?"
"How can I strengthen my connection with nature and the elemental realms?"
"What signs and synchronicities have been repeating, and what might they be trying to show me?"
"What does "inner wisdom" feel like in my body, and how can I learn to trust that sensation?"
Working with energetically aligned crystals and tools can be a source of support as you navigate throughout the month. Whether carried, used in meditation, or placed in your sacred space, they help to amplify your intentions.

Crystals such as Moss Agate, Fairy Stones, Staurolite, Sunstone, Garden Quartz, and Aura Quartz are allies for developing intuition, encouraging confidence, and spiritual insight.
Attend a summer solstice ceremony or sound bath. Or create your own ritual to honor the coming of the summer season.
Dream journaling is a powerful way to deepen your connection to your inner wisdom and the unseen realms. Keep a journal beside your bed and write down what you can remember as soon as you wake. Over time, this will strengthen your ability to recall and understand these messages.
Record signs, synchronicities, and repetitive animal encounters. You may notice recurring themes or spiritual messages revealing themselves over time.
Consider energy healing sessions to work through any lingering blocks related to accessing your intuition, ancestral healing, or soul reclamation work.
Building a fairy garden is a playful yet meaningful way to honor the elemental realm. Whether created in a special spot outdoors, a planter, terrarium, or indoors, this sacred little world can be filled with moss, crystals, tiny plants, painted rocks, herbs, buttons, flowers, and any natural objects that feel aligned. Use your imagination! As you build, focus on intention and over time it will serve as a reminder that wonder and connection are always available when we choose to engage with the natural world.

"I embody light, growth, and inner knowing as I step into this new season."

Grief is one of the most deeply human experiences we will ever move through. It can show up as the loss of a loved one, pets, divorce or severed relationships, a major life transition, loss of job/income, or even the loss of a dream or losing yourself. Grief does not follow a straight path or a specific timeline. Sometimes it feels lighter and reflective, and other days it it is heavy and overwhelming. However it shows up for you, you deserve compassion, space, and gentle support.
During times of loss, caring for yourself can feel difficult, yet more important than ever. Supportive practices and tools can help create moments of grounding, comfort, and connection as we navigate the emotions that grief can bring.
We asked Ruth McEwen a wellness practitioner here at Angelic Roots, who has a background as a sound practitioner, music-thanatologist, and hospice social worker, to share her personal perspective on grief and tools and practices for those moving through this experience.

"The greatest gift I think we have to offer each other, no matter our work or life experiences, is to be present and hold space for each other. We each are all beings with our own unique physiological, biochemical, emotional, psychological, cultural, relational makeup and coming more fully into ourselves is the greatest gift we have to offer ourselves and the world."
Have “both” “and” understanding approach. Loss and grief of all kinds are BOTH upending to our lives in what we expected or hoped them to be, AND hold transformative openings and thresholds. One does not negate the other nor should either be the only way or path. Upending and transforming are to be experienced and are each processes to go through over time. Sometimes the upending and transforming are interweaving and sometimes the transforming only comes after significant attention and care for the upending has occurred. Timing is different for each individual and also different for the same individual with different losses and grief. Loss and grief are to be experienced not bypassed and it is also not to become the all of you - even though it may feel like that or be that for awhile.

Be gentle and kind to yourself allowing thoughts and emotions to be expressed in safe ways and places. Sometimes that may be in private and sometimes that may be with trusted friends, family, and/or professionals. It may take time or trial and error to know who can be there for you, who can create a safe listening and holding space for your experience of loss and grief - not trying to fix it or have you avoid it. Respect that not everyone can be or do that, and that sometimes the people you want/need/expect to be able to be or do that are not able to. Look for someone who can be that for you - you may be surprised who shows up.
Identify what helps you come home to YOU, what helps to ground you. Identify what supports you, that even in the midst of what seems insurmountable or unsurvivable, you somehow have glimpses or know you’ll find your way. Some ways may be time alone; time with that trusted friend; time in nature; time with family/faith or church/community and the sense of belonging to something bigger than you; being busy; doing nothing; music (varied music that may: help release and express emotions; calm or energize, distract or entertain); silence; prayer, meditation, mindfulness; self-care (nurturing food, bath, sleep - massage, Reiki, sound session, group or individual grief support sessions), favorite hobby, work, or volunteering.

None of these are to be forced or to be an escape or to bypass what you have experienced and are experiencing but places of respite along the journey with an increasing awareness of moments of grounding in the midst of your experiences. Over time they grow and become stronger grounding spots for longer periods and build your resilience. What helps you come home to YOU may vary over time and even vary within the same day. Find and honor what you need by listening to your deep inner knowing. Loss and grief have a wavelike quality - sometimes ripples of waves, sometimes calm, sometimes a tsunami of emotion. Learn to ride the waves rather than fight them or think they are unending. Children can teach us about the natural rhythms and that grief is not a 24/7 deal. They may be really sad for awhile and then playing as if unaware or not remembering and then later sad again, allowing the natural rhythms to play out without thinking about what or how they should be feeling or when or how long. They are just being in the rhythms of what arises and not judging if it is right or wrong.

Notice the subtle openings and invitations encouraging you to look at the changing landscape of your life. When able, look through new lenses (beyond the lenses of what was expected and hoped for) - not making major changes in early stages of loss and grief - but being open to nudges and niggles of what may be wanting to grow in the soil of your uprooted life.
Be grateful for whomever or whatever you have lost and/or are grieving. You would not be grieving if they or it had not brought something of value into your world. As the pain of that loss rises, feel and acknowledge it AND then as you are able, also express gratitude for what was brought into your life. Although you are feeling the loss of that person, pet, job, opportunity, or relationship, reflect on how what they brought to your life still lives within you, now seeking new ways to be expressed through you.
There is no predetermined timeline. Be present and hold space for you! And when you can’t (or even when you can), seek others that can do that with or for you. A wonderful space for those experiencing loss and grief, offering information, support, and resources like Whats Your Grief.
We are deeply grateful to Ruth for sharing her wisdom and compassionate perspective on grief, and for reminding us of the power of presence, gentleness, and connection during life’s most tender moments. You can explore more about Ruth and her offerings as you continue your journey.

Known as UV reactive, some crystals fluoresce or glow vibrant colors when exposed to black light or UV rays, revealing an entirely different side of their energy and beauty. This phenomenon symbolizes illumination, hidden truths, intuition, and the awakening of unseen potential. Just as these crystals reveal their hidden colors, they also remind us that there are unseen layers within ourselves waiting to be discovered.
UV reactive crystals contain minerals, trace elements, or structural properties that absorb ultraviolet light and re-emit it as visible color, known as fluorescence. The glow may appear blue, green, orange, pink, red, or white depending on the mineral composition.
UV reactive crystals symbolize the parts of ourselves that may not always be visible on the surface. This may show up as awakening dormant gifts, hidden talents, inner truths, and deep soul wisdom. These crystals can support you as you experience personal transformation, spiritual awakening, and the desire to discover your authentic self-expression.
These crystals connect us to clarity during uncertain and challenging times. They remind us that even in darkness, there is Light, guidance, and unseen beauty. Use these crystals to support you as you move through shadow work, Full Moon rituals, and intuitive development practices.
One of the most fascinating things about UV-reactive crystals is that each reveals something different when illuminated. Just as their hidden colors emerge under ultraviolet light, each crystal carries its own unique energy, symbolism, and spiritual gifts. Here are some of our favorite glowing specimens and what makes them so special.
Flame Stone glows bright orange under UV light, revealing its powerful energy that represents passion, creativity, and deep introspection.
Plum Blossom Tourmaline has a soft pink glow that illuminates a sense of joy and calm into your heart. This combination of Lepidolite, Pink Tourmaline, Pink Calcite, and Quartz is ideal for working through fear and emotional tension.
Powellite is a rare crystal from Brazil that carries a high frequency of illumination and clarity, helping to reveal hidden truths and light the path forward. This was a new find at the 2025 Denver Gem Show!
Cerussite has a unique, intricate crystal formation that carries grounding yet transformative energy, holding you while you work through change and growth. Navigate transitions with confidence and balance as you work with crystal.
Firefly Petroleum Quartz features glowing petroleum inclusions and fascinating natural formations, offering grounding, purification, and spiritual illumination while inspiring wonder, imagination, and deeper connection to the Earth.
UV reactive crystals remind us that there is far more beneath the surface. Their glow carries hidden wisdom, gifts to be revealed, and inner light waiting for the right moment to emerge!
Psst! Check out this fun Reel to see if you can guess which color some of our different fluorescent crystals will turn under the UV light!

If you've felt as if someone is sending you subtle nudges you can't quite explain, the archangels may be trying to communicate with you. They typically work through signs, synchronicities, dreams, and energetic attraction rather than verbal communication. Their language is symbolic, gentle, and meant for you to pause and notice. Each archangel is often associated with a distinct energetic frequency which can influence how their signs feel or appear.
In Kyle Gray's book, Angels Are With You Now, he offers some advice on connecting with the angelic realm.

"Angels are messengers. They can send their messages to us in many ways, including through other people. We can get closer to them by trying to be like them, holding the light...They protect us and guide us through the challenges of our lives...It's really powerful to imagine yourself the way angels see you, with grace and light."
Below is a guide to some of the most common ways these connections may be showing up for you. These signs may reveal themselves through dreams, everyday conversations, moments in nature, repeating numbers, or unexpected synchronicities woven into everyday life. Everyone experiences these messages in their own unique way, so there are no fixed rules on how guidance appears.

Recently, we sat down with Colleen of The Energetic Connection, a skilled Spiritual Healer with advanced training in Shamanic Healing, Pranic Alignment, and Reiki, here at Angelic Roots. Colleen shares her journey and her unique perspective on shamanic healing, and how these practices can support transformation, energetic balance, and a more meaningful connection to self.
Tell us about your journey, what experiences shaped your path, and what first sparked your interest in energy work.
In 2019, my father-in-law passed away suddenly. The shock of his loss, combined with the growing awareness that my own father was slowly slipping away to Alzheimer’s, sent me into a deep spiral of grief. I found myself mourning them both at once and feeling completely unequipped to navigate that pain alone.
During this difficult time, I was introduced to Reiki, and my first sessions were profoundly moving. The practitioner I worked with suggested I visit Angelic Roots to purchase a specific crystal. At that point, I had no plans to pursue Reiki training—but then my mother surprised me by sharing that she had recently completed Reiki I and encouraged me to do the same. After a few months, I decided to sign up for the class at Angelic Roots.

From the moment I took Reiki I, I felt an immediate connection to the energy. I loved how it felt in my life and began exploring creative ways to use it for healing and growth. As I practiced more, my senses sharpened, and I became deeply attuned to subtle energies around me. It was mind-blowing to realize there was an entire world of spirit and insight that I had never known existed.
As this journey continues to unfold, my intention is to fully embody the essence of my being while stepping into my soul purpose. I view myself as a facilitator for spirit, supporting healing that is ready to manifest in the physical realm, and serve as a conduit, anchoring healing energies into the Earth supporting her ascension, through gridwork.

How would you describe a session to someone completely new to these modalities?
A Shamanic Healing Session with me weaves together all the knowledge and modalities I’ve integrated along my path so far. The session begins with a consultation, where we explore what challenges, emotions, or heaviness are present for the client. Often, I notice that once someone commits to a session, their system has already begun preparing—gently bringing forward the energy that’s ready to be released.

During the consultation, I invite the client to choose one of my khuya (sacred healing stones) from my mesa (medicine bundle). While they may appear simple, these stones have undergone an alchemical process that allows them to act as powerful energetic magnets, drawing out dense or stagnant energy throughout the session. The client holds the khuya as we talk, allowing it to attune to their energy. When we transition into the healing portion, I guide the client to blow the emotions they’re experiencing into the stone, further activating its clearing properties. Once they’re settled comfortably on the table, I open the four directions—along with above and below—inviting in spirit and our support teams to assist in the work.
During the consultation, I typically begin receiving intuitive guidance about the direction of the session. I’m shown where to start and which tools to use to address the most important layers—whether that involves journeying to an original wound, facilitating ancestral clearing, or supporting a power retrieval. At times, while working on the physical body, I may be guided to bring the client’s spirit into the angelic realm of the upper world for healing. Each session is intuitively led, so the exact path unfolds organically as we move through it.
Reiki energy is always part of the process, supporting the release of what no longer serves the client and replenishing their system with light before your aura is sealed at the end. As a channel, I receive insights throughout the session, and if the client is open to it, I share what comes through, as it may help guide the experience. Sessions may also include light language, depending on the client’s comfort and openness.

What does soul retrieval and soul contract releasing mean in your practice?
During a session, I’m guided by spirit when a soul fragment is ready to return. Many people carry some degree of soul loss—whether from this lifetime or another—often as a result of trauma or experiences that have gradually worn away at the self. Before a fragment can be restored, though, there must be enough healing in place to support its integration. If retrieval happens too soon, the fragment won’t fully anchor or remain.
When spirit indicates that it’s time, I ask permission to journey to the Chamber of Grace in the lower world to retrieve the soul fragment. There, it reveals itself to me in symbolic form—often as an object. I bring this back and return it to the client’s energetic body, guided to the return it to where it belongs, commonly within the crown, heart, or solar plexus chakras, though this varies for each individual. Afterward, I may use light language to help recalibrate the client’s system and support smooth integration. If I sense resistance, I’ll invite the client to set a clear intention to welcome the fragment home. While a person may have multiple soul fragments to reclaim, I focus on one per session to allow for proper healing and integration.
During the consultation—or sometimes within the session itself—I may also become aware of a soul contract that’s ready to be explored. This awareness can come through what the client’s share, direct guidance from spirit, or through a journey to the Chamber of Wounds, where the root of an issue is revealed. Lately, I’ve also witnessed ancestral contracts surfacing, with clients clearing patterns that extend across their entire lineage.
To work with a contract, I journey to the Chamber of Soul Contracts in the lower world. Inside, the contract appears in a symbolic form—often resembling a scroll, though not always. Once, I encountered a contract that appeared as just two sentences on half a page, which revealed itself as an addendum to the soul contract. After reading the contract, I share its contents with the client so they can consciously choose whether they’re ready to release it. Most clients feel ready, though sometimes there’s a sense that more learning or experience is needed, or that the contract itself holds supportive or positive energy that was read simply to bring awareness and additional insight.
If the client chooses to release the contract, the method of clearing is guided intuitively. Often, I place it into the violet flame, but at times the process reveals something more specific—such as tearing it piece by piece or casting it into a fire where it dissolves intensely. The way a contract releases can offer additional insight, and I’ve noticed that ancestral contracts tend to take longer to fully dissolve than those tied to a single lifetime.
Light language may be a part of your sessions. Can you share how this comes through and what it offers to the overall experience?
Light language is a spoken transmission of light and energetic codes—unique patterns, sacred geometry, and symbolic frequencies that carry healing energy. These codes are received through my heart center and transmitted through my throat chakra, communicating directly with the soul, subconscious, and energetic body.
As light language flows, these frequencies are transmitted into the receiver’s field, where they can help clear energetic blockages, bring the chakras into alignment, and support recalibration and integration. They may also activate dormant aspects of the self—awakening inner gifts, stimulating the pineal gland, and opening access to deeper wisdom that supports spiritual growth and expansion.

Is there an animal, guide, or spiritual symbol that resonates with you and helps guide the energy or intention of your sessions?
My power animal is an owl, graceful and wise, offering guidance, higher perspective, and a strong sense of protection. I also work closely with a panther, whose energy supports me in tracking issues back to their root and sensing areas of density or heaviness within the field. I feel a deep connection to aquatic beings, especially whales and dolphins, whose sound-based transmissions carry profound healing qualities. Dolphin energy invites in playfulness and reconnects me with my inner child, while whale energy holds a deeply nurturing, loving presence.
What kind of shifts do you most often witness in the people you've worked with?
It’s been a true honor to witness my client’s step into their own power, connecting with their inner knowing and learning to trust their intuition. I began to notice a pattern of clients being identified by spirit as healers, whether they were consciously aware of it or not. Recently I was shown that part of my purpose is to support and heal those who are here to help others, the specific message from spirit was, “help heal the healers.” That realization helped me understand why I naturally emphasize sharing tools in my sessions and events—guiding individuals to recognize that, alongside their spiritual support team, they are their own most powerful healer.

What advice would you give to someone who feels a pull toward this path?
Above all, trust your intuition. Seek out a teacher or spiritual community that feels uplifting, positive, and genuinely supportive. One of the most beautiful aspects of spiritual work is being in spaces where each person’s unique gifts are honored and encouraged. As more people awaken, it’s important to remember that you don’t have to walk this path alone. There are many kind, open-hearted individuals ready to support, heal, and walk alongside you on your journey of growth and expansion.
How do you maintain and care for your own energy, and what are your favorite tools or practices for staying balanced and grounded?
I maintain daily practices to support the flow of prana, quiet my mind, and keep my chakras clear, balanced, and aligned. My routine includes meditation, breathwork, mudras, and Reiki. One specific technique I use for daily chakra clearing involves moving my hand in a circular motion over each chakra—first counterclockwise on the body to release stagnant energy “right release”, then clockwise to infuse each chakra with light “left light”. I then call in a beam of golden white light to fill my entire being and set the intention that my chakras are clear, balanced and fully aligned. This simple, quick practice can be done daily, and performing it in the shower allows the water to further enhance the cleansing process. Another part of this routine includes regularly scanning my energetic field for cords, tears, distortions, crystallized energy, or any other imbalances that may need attention.

I also enjoy taking a cleansing baths with salts, essential oils, and crystals, which help refresh and clear my energy. For grounding, I regularly connect my Earth Star Chakra to the core of the Earth. I spend time in nature whenever the weather allows, in the summer often gardening barefoot and meditating in my backyard in the evenings. I also make it a priority to receive support from trusted and skilled practitioners. While I’m committed to maintaining my own energy, allowing others to hold space for me is an important and nourishing part of my self-care practice.
