Bracelet is beautiful. However, it broke almost immediately despite the other bracelets holding together perfectly. No worries, they are sending a replacement no questions asked. I was able to save a few of the Crystal chips from the accident and did the burn test to see if they were fake plastic. It passed with no melting or discoloration, definitely NOT fake! I will absolutely be ordering more items from them in the future. Between the customer service and the quality of the product for the price I’m definitely impressed.
