Seven Chakra Bead Mala

A mala, Sanskrit for "garland", was carried as an amulet against curses or ill-wishing. It is known to give you courage, self confidence and strength. Malas are often worn while practicing yoga or meditation and used to count mantras in sets of 108 repetitions with each of the 108 beads.

Our Seven Chakra mala features a tree of life charm. The tree of life is a symbol of a fresh start on life, positive energy, and good health. Just as a tree's roots grow deeply into the ground, connecting with Mother Earth, the tree of life represents a symbol of growth and strength.
