Clary Sage brings a balance of peacefulness and stimulation into your environment. It both strengthens your resolve and relaxes your mind while keeping you grounded. Mist your auric field (the energetic field surrounding you physical body) when feeling restless, indecisive or distracted. Use during your meditation practice to stay alert and quiet the mind. We paired this mist with a Clear Quartz tumble, the Master Healer, to complement its energy with stability and courage. 

Ingredients: Distilled water, Clary Sage (salvia sclarea), Clear Quartz Tumbled Stone
