• Lavender will give you composure to allow for self expression and the authentic flow of thoughts and words. It is also soothing, has a calming effect on the nervous system, and nourishes the skin.
• Rosemary is a tonic for long days and brings in enthusiasm and sustains motivation. It is warming and comforts achy joints and muscles. 

Ingredients: Dead Sea Salt, Pink Himalayan Salt, Epsom Salt, Lavender, Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis)

Add desired amount to your running bath water. One sachet equivalent to 2-3 baths. Not recommended for children under the age of 12.
