Come experience deep relaxation and time away from the everyday busyness of life. Give yourself the gift of time to take an inner journey, centering and syncing with your deeper self, supported and guided by the unique vibrations of harp, ocean drum, steel-tongue drum, tuning forks, and tingshas used in the Rx Sound Journey Experience. Sound, stillness, and intention create relaxation and a recalibration of your natural rhythms and energies.
The sound bath journey is often helpful when dealing with stress and a sense of overwhelm, fatigue, or pain; when considering life changes or dealing with loss; in general, when committed to self-care, inner processing, and growth; or when just needing a time out.

Gathering limited to 10 participants. Please dress comfortably. Blankets and mats will be available. Doors close 5 minutes after start time and late entry is not permitted.
About Your Practitioner
With the desire to support people in any stage of life with the transformative power of presence and sound, Ruth McEwen, MSW, Music-Thanatologist developed Rx Sound Journeys. Ruth brings her love for life and people and her professional and personal experiences with prescriptive music to this healing and wellness work.

Please sign our Consent & Liability Waiver prior to arrival. Note, we use essential oils and burn sage, palo santo and/or incense—please let us know of any sensitivities. Refrain from using any drugs or alcohol prior to the event. Video and photography during the event is not permitted without prior approval.

Appointment Cancellation Policy: For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged or losing your deposit. If there is an extenuating circumstance please let us know.
We reserve the right to cancel classes and events due to low attendance. An electronic credit will be sent via email, or a refund will be issued as requested.
