Rental Application

Our Wellness Center has three treatment rooms and a classroom available for use for Wellness Professionals, with a flexible 50/50 split option. We help to management your bookings, payments/credit card fees, and administrative tasks, while also providing support with marketing. We're open 7 days a week—Monday through Saturday from 10am to 7pm, and Sunday from 10am to 6pm. • Treatment Room 1: Approximately 12.5'x10' 125 sq ft

• Treatment Room 2: Approximately 8’x14’ 112 sq ft

• Treatment Room 3: Approximately 8’x10’ 80 sq ft

• Classroom/Studio: Approximately 22’x29’ 638 sq ft (Typical Capacity: 15-30 clients depending on seating position)

Each treatment room is furnished with two chairs, a small side table, massage table, and linens. Additional supplies are also available - yoga blankets, folding chairs, 6' tables, black table linens, exercise mats, and backjack chairs. Water and tea service are available at an additional cost.

Wellness professionals are also responsible for marketing their own offerings. All classes/events can be included in our printed brochure, on our classroom’s online calendar, and other online social media and marketing channels.
