Sometimes we don’t need more advice. We need a little space to hear ourselves more clearly.
Inner Compass is a gentle, guided session designed to help you pause, turn your attention inward, and explore what feels most meaningful in your life right now. You may come with a question, a decision, a challenge, or simply a sense that something is asking for your attention.
Through conversation and reflection, you’ll choose an Inner Compass quality such as Trust, Courage, Patience, Grace, Authenticity, Simplicity, Listening, or Wonder. Together, we’ll explore how that quality relates to what you’re experiencing and how it may already be quietly taking shape in your life.
The session includes a brief guided contemplation, giving you time and space to listen inwardly and notice what naturally arises when you step away from the noise of everyday life.
Inner Compass isn’t about searching for a perfect answer. It’s an invitation to discover what you already carry within and how your inner qualities can shape the way you experience life.
You’ll leave with your chosen Inner Compass card as a reminder of the quality you’re bringing forward and an invitation to continue the contemplation beyond the session.

About Your Practitioner: Kelly Johnson is a Registered Nurse and Educator dedicated to promoting well-being. Throughout her life-long practice of meditation she has been inspired by a sense of inquiry, ultimately leading her to become a Reiki Master. She believes in an integrative approach to healing the whole self. Known for her kind, compassionate nature and enthusiasm for teaching, Kelly empowers her clients with useful knowledge about self-care and healing. She believes that true wellness emerges from mindfulness and harmony of the body, mind and spirit. Outside of work, she enjoys connecting with nature and offering Reiki to the Earth, embracing the interconnectedness of all living things.
Location: Angelic Roots, 8612 S Market Pl, Oak Creek, WI 53154 (We have 2 locations in the Oak Creek Market Place Village, this is at the North End location.)
Please sign our Consent & Liability Waiver prior to arrival. Note, we use essential oils and burn sage, palo santo and/or incense—please let us know of any sensitivities. Refrain from using any drugs or alcohol prior to the event. Video and photography during the event is not permitted without prior approval.
Appointment Cancellation Policy: For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged or losing your deposit. An electronic credit will be issued in the form of store credit. If there is an extenuating circumstance, please let us know.
We reserve the right to cancel classes and events due to low attendance. An electronic credit will be sent via email, or a refund will be issued as requested.
