Hot Springs, Arkansas Mining & Wellness Retreat Recap

Our Arkansas Hot Springs Mining Retreat was beyond amazing! We had an incredible group join us on Lake Hamilton for mining, sound baths, and camaraderie. So many laughs and stories shared, and everyone connected to each other and the land. The sunny autumn weather in Arkansas was perfect for mining! Lake Hamilton sparkled during the day and we watched the most incredible sunsets.

Day 1: After introductions and settling in, we built a crystal grid to honor our individual intentions for the retreat and for the land and the mines. Everyone made a land offering for each mine containing sage, lavender, sweet grass, tobacco, a feather, Apatite, and a Quartz crystal. 

We held space for a Full Moon Releasing ceremony and Reiki infused sound bath. Everyone was relaxed and recharged for the days of mining ahead. 

Day 2: We headed to our first mine! I Me Mine is a newer mine and we were blessed to have this dig to ourselves. Blake, the owner, was so gracious and kind! We eneded the day with a Gong Bath and Reiki and games.

 

Day 3: Our guests had a full day of exploring the city of Hot Springs and the surrounding area. Some explored Downtown Hot Springs, soaked in the hot springs, dug at Ron Coleman Mine, or hiked the National Park. Back at the lake house, guests enjoyed the relaxing view, hot tub soaks, cleaned their crystals, angel card readings, flute lessons, wire wrapping, and rock painting.

In the evening, we enjoyed our White Quartz Party followed by an uplifting Evening Sound Bath and bonfire.

Day 4: Our final dig was at Two Creeks Mine. Bobby opened up a pocket for us and we pulled out the most amazing Quartz pieces! We ended the night with a peaceful Gong Bath and singing and dancing.

Day 5: Hugs all around as we said our goodbyes! We are so grateful to share our love of crystals and sound healing with our retreat guests.

It was so beautiful to connect with Mother Earth and with some of our Angelic Roots community - so many beautiful memories and friendships were made. Our hearts are filled with love and gratitude!
